PetSmart

We have been to this location several times and usually everything is good. The workers around the store and at the registers are always friendly and helpful EXCEPT for one time when I paid cash and the young lady at the register refused to give me ALL of my change back. I asked several times and she didn't care and said its no big deal. So we walked out.

This is a nice location. I called over in a bit of a panic because our cat has been chewing at his legs and his vet can’t see him until Monday. I Spoke with Damon on the phone and he was very helpful and informative. I sent my husband over there to pick up the items we needed and he provided lots of advice from personal experience with his own cat/friend’s cats. He even recommended some great products and now our baby is bandaged nicely and has a great honey ointment on. Thanks for helping and being so kind! <3

Went in today to buy a set of clippers for my dogs and it had clearly been used so I brought it back. The managers completely refunded my money, apologized for my inconvenience, and told me to go ahead and try out the clippers if I wanted! This is my new favorite pet store! Amazing service! Thank you for doing business the way it’s supposed to be done.

It’s been 3 years since my last dog passed away the day of my cancer surgery; So, I thought I participate in the adoption event today. But the parking lot was beyond full. And not only was there zero parking, people driving around finding a space were dangerous and super rude.

I have a 6-month old Maltese in a cast and cone, I took her as a walk-in to see if they would groom just her face as she can't have a bath with the cast.I was in and out in 20 minutes, it was my pups first time getting groomed and she came out so happy, I didn't hear her barking at all. 10/10 would recommend Ally! She was so sweet and really made this a good experience, I will be going back to her! My pup is not typically well behaved, quiet or easy to deal with so I was very nervous but Ally did amazing!!
