Five stars is not enough. Mesa Grande Animal Clinic in Rio Rancho is the best veterinary clinics I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place operates differently. The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, not just polite, but truly caring. They remember you, they remember your pet, and they treat you like family rather than just another appointment on the schedule. The doctor is absolutely amazing. He is an angel of a human being. Treated my dog like if it was his. What really sets Mesa Grande Animal Clinic apart is their compassion. Wonderful staff. staff on the initial phone call was extremely courteous and helpful. was lucky enough to get a same day appt. Took my skittish cat in and they handled him so amazing. No unnecessary testing or any push to have xrays or cat scans or overnight stays. Didn't get the feeling they were out to bill for all they could, rather just do what's needed at this time to see if it helps him. Price was extremely reasonable, everything was explained perfectly. My cat won't speak to me for a week or better, but at least I know he's gonna be better.

This is by far the BEST vet clinic in Rio Rancho NM. Dr. Hall has been our vet for almost 25 years. He and his staff have always been kind, honest and understanding with our pets. Dr. Hall and his team are AMAZING!!

Mesa Grande has been the best animal clinic I've taken my dogs to by FAR. They're always so informative, have exactly what I'm looking for, and are very passionate about the animals! They've memorized my dogs by name as soon as I walk in, and it's been the only place my dogs don't get completely terrified. This is the only place I truly feel safe and comfortable knowing exactly what the clinic is doing to my dogs.

Very pleased with the reception and service for my geriatric cat. I contacted Sherry from the East Coast before I relocated to NM. She was very friendly and helpful. The vet tech got us into a room quickly and the vet was efficient. The price was a nice surprise! Hundreds less than what i was paying in Northern Virginia.
