Tabbs Creek Animal Hospital

Arrived on time for Lizzie’s appointment. Was told someone would come in and review medical. 30 minutes later we are still in exam room waiting to review records. Could hear the doctor in the hallway discussing an infected ear & recommendation for heartworm treatment with another dog parent. Nothing pressing or urgent. Thought maybe he would come on in but didn’t. Waited a little longer then left. A 5 or 10 minute wait would have been long enough. An emergency situation, a little longer but tell me so I have the option to wait or leave. Respect for my time is needed as well as theirs. I don’t think the office was that clean. Will probably not try again.

I take all 3 of my babies to Tabbs Creek and absolutely LOVE them. Dr. McDaniel is great, and his staff is top notch. The customer service from the initial phone calls and care make our experience nothing but comfortable and most importantly confident in the services they provide. Keep it up Tabbs Creek!

The girls that work up front have always been especially pleasant and have a love for my Frenchies like they were their own. The doc is very informative and has always been so nice to us. It makes us feel very comfortable bringing our 4-legged family members to them.

Dr McDaniel is a great vet. He is compassionate and caring. He tries to work within your financial means. Will not do unnecessary tests. We went there over 8 years (just moved to CT) with three dogs. Very happy with service.

Great vet techs Dr. McDaniel knows his stuff, and they are always able to squeeze me in when I need one of my pets to be seen. Prices are reasonable. They have been taking care of Mavis since we got her as a puppy last year and we would never think of going anywhere else. They were compassionate when we had to put our elderly dog down and gave me the time and space I needed in her final moments.
