I was charged $120 for what was described as a grooming service but my little Cocoa was sheared bald (no styling). While I understand that Cocoa was quite hairy and had some matting, the result of the appointment was unacceptable. Instead of receiving a styled groom, Cocoa was shaved almost completely bald. If he had been matted and your groomer had still managed to give him a neat, styled cut, the $120 charge would have felt reasonable. However, this was not the case. More concerning, the shave was done so closely that Cocoa was actually cut by the clippers. The grooming appears to have been performed with no guard or with an inappropriately short setting, leaving his skin exposed and irritated. Made appointment week before for my dog to get washed. Mind you he was here two months ago and never had an issue. But when I bring my dog in for his bath he was excited. He is also a 1 year old puppy. Yet once I arrive the owner tells me my dog is not serviceable even though he was here 2 months ago because he is to excited around people. The he tells me to go to tractor supply. How do you own a dog grooming store and then tell people to go to tractor supply. Lost my business and respect. Don’t go here if you have a dog cause apparently they don’t like to service dogs that like people.

Just stopped in for a nail trim for my beagle, who had some long nails. She was super friendly and proficient with the nail trim:) The space was clean and inviting. I will definitely come back and share with friends! Thank you:)

The staff at A to Z are incredible with pets. Very accommodating to owners time! Love this place and always feel my pups are taken care of as if they were at home.
