The staff is awesome and they get to know you and your pet personally. Although it's a bit pricey they take great care of my adopted Pitty Precious.

Everyone at this clinic seems very nice, but I had a deeply upsetting experience with the vet I saw today, Toni. My 8-month-old puppy was diagnosed with a stomach blockage, and to my shock, one of the options presented to me was euthanasia. I could understand this being discussed in the case of a terminal illness or if surgery wasn’t viable—but this is a treatable condition. Recommending putting him down for something that can be surgically removed felt extreme and incredibly distressing. On top of that, I was quoted up to $5,000 or more for the procedure, which I’ve now secured for $1,000 at another clinic in a different county. Brought our cat in for a time critical illness and the vet we saw, Susan, did not provide all the options for treatment. She only provided the most expensive option at $5000 or euthanasia. This was a time critical illness but one that is treatable. But not having all the options/information, having to find answers for ourselves and seek second opinions on a weekend meant that we did not get the care our cat needed in a timely manner that could have maybe saved her life. Interesting that I'm seeing other reviews with similar stories on here. Definitely will not be bringing any other animals to this clinic since it seems their goal is to shock people with a high price tag and then try to bully them into euthanizing their pets.

I brought my puppy to Oxford Animal Hospital for a puppy exam and vaccines. The front desk staff were very kind and the appointment moved quickly, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with my interaction with Dr. Thompson. I came in for a puppy exam and rabies vaccine, but my puppy was given the Lyme vaccine instead and I was told I’d need to come back in two weeks for the rabies, likely another costly visit. I understand not wanting to do multiple vaccines in one appointment and appreciate it but I was wanting to get the rabies vaccine first. I think there needs to be clearer communication of what will happen when they take your dog back. When I asked questions about flea/tick preventatives and training options, Dr. Thompson’s responses felt rushed and dismissive. I understan
