It took a while for me to write this because they no longer wish to service my dog after 3.5 years of grooming her. Why? She’s just to big. It felt like a breakup candidly and at first I wanted to give them a bad review but the truth is I can’t.. The truth is they are lovely people, who are just too old to cut a GIANT SCHNAUZER 😂 the truth is they are absolutely incredible at their craft to groom your dog. The truth is they were wonderful to talk to and Greg and I had so many talks about life over the years. They deserve nothing less then 5 stars no matter what anyone says as a crappy 1 off. They made my Layla look so good and I always get so many incredible compliments here’s some money shots. Guys, thank you for taking such great care of my dog. Finding a replacement for you will sure

My mom brought her blind dog to them. She was there for 5 hours. Her dog was disoriented when she came home. Mind you, I am not saying that this was the fault of the groomer. My mom was pleased with the grooming her dog received. My mom simply wanted to see if they would make an exception with the grooming time because it was sad to see her dog so disoriented. She just had questions and wanted to see. My mom called the next day and very kindly asked the owner if there was any way she could make an exception and have her dog finished sooner than 5 hours to help her not be so disoriented, The owner explained (with a tone in her voice) how she washes a few dogs first then cuts them all, etc., so she could not make an exception. She then told my mom, "so I assume this means you want to cance

Sycamore Acres is a great grooming business with wonderful owners. I go out of my way to bring my dog there monthly (as opposed to going to other businesses) because of how exceptional and caring they are. They make my dog very comfortable and the process is painless. Prices are very reasonable and the owners have a lot of experience with dog care so they dispense invaluable advice.

They were such a rip off charged a fortune during COVID-19 when no one was open scalped my beautiful small fluffy doggy horrible disgusting no personality they charged 85.00 to shave him! A normal groom is approx 65.00 for top quality total ripoff

Michele and Gregg Williams are truly animal people. You can see and feel the love they have for animals. Each pet is give individualized care and treatment. Beautifully done.
