I always have such a wonderful experience here! They always make me and my dog feel comfortable. The staff was incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly knowledgeable about different coat types and grooming needs. My pup always comes out looking absolutely adorable—clean, neatly trimmed, and smelling fantastic. We have had horrible experience with other grooming services and Theresa has always been so careful and patience with my doggy. The facility was spotless, the appointment ran on time, and communication was great throughout. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the animals. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, talented, and compassionate dog groomer. We will keep coming back! Thank you Theresa and Melissa!

Anyone who knows me knows that I am VERY particular about where I leave my dogs. That being said, Melissa at Raise the Woof is wonderful. I had to board my babies last minute due to a family emergency and my regular place still had not opened up after the quarantine. Someone recommended Raise the Woof. I live on Staten Island, but I called anyway. Melissa welcomed me in on a holiday just so I could see the facility. The minute I walked in I commented on how clean it smelled. The kennels are spacious, and she even showed me a room where my dogs could be together. There are both indoor and outdoor play areas. I looked at the outdoor areas with a fine tooth comb because my little one is an escape artist and can find her way out of anywhere. The fences are sturdy and go all the way to the g

My Leo loves Raise the Woof! As soon as we pull into the lot he starts barking and wagging his tail. As a very protective dog mommy, I was apprehensive to bring him here at first however they are probably the only other people I now trust with my baby. Melissa and her team are so kind and accommodating. You can tell that they really care about the dogs

Melissa and her staff are everything you want taking care of your dog. We boarded our 4YO Pitty for two weeks with Raise the Woof. First they worked extra hard to find a play group for our XL playful pup as his size doesn't match his submissive nature but eventually they were able to help him fit in. Secondly - Shortly prior to our trip we discontinued his seizure medication (clearly poor timing and judgement on our part.) On day 12 our dog had 2 seizures back to back. Melissa and her staff were compassionate and understanding and took extra special care of Jabba until we returned. She personally offered to take him to the hospital and even cooked special meals of chicken and rice to help with the stomach upset he was having as well. You won't find this level of service and compass

My dogs favorite place on earth is raise the woof. When we’re sending our beloved four legged friends we ask them “do you want to go to school?” and they get so excited. Melissa and her staff are attentive, and truly care for our dogs. We had a family emergency come up shortly after our younger dog was neutered and could have chosen to leave him with his vet or board him at raise the woof; it was a no brainer to send him to “school” where we knew he’d be looked after and given personal attention. We’ve recommended many of our friends to raise the woof and they all rave about it as well. We’re so lucky to have such a great place to be able to send our dogs. Highly, highly, highly recommended!
