Dear Steve, in the past 11 years you have been taking care of our Maya. You saved her life when she had an accident and you always made sure we are giving her the best possible care. You always had patience for our questions and your team always made sure Maya feels welcomed even when she needed to get her shot. This week you graciously helped her and the entire family to finish her life journey and now she rest in peace. We were so fortunate to have with us this loving playful soul. Dr. Hornstein is an amazing human being and extraordinarily knowledgeable veterinarian. We didn't go as clients, but as a tour he did for Scouts. He was patient with the kids, answered lots of questions, humorous and thorough! All my daughter does is play animal doctor and what an awesome experience this has been not just for her, but all the kids who went. They are still talking about it! Thank you!! 💕

Great experience with the full team. Friendly, knowledgeable, and Dr. Hornstein will ensure you’re educated on all you need. Not many vets and team will handle exotics with such TLC. Highly recommend!

This review is overdue, thank you so much Dr Hornstein and the wonderful vet techs and receptionist for a great experience! I took my little 8 yr old poodle mix to get neutered here and the healing process was so quick for my little one! His incision looks great and is healing very nicely. Dr Hornstein and the front desk were reassuring at answering follow up questions as well. I was very tired and worried about getting my dog neutered so after a few days of research I found his office and I’m so happy I took my dog here. A million thank yous for making this process easier and taking excellent care of my fur baby 💕

It was a first time appointment and we were pleasantly surprised! Everyone is kind and courteous. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. His interaction with our dog was gentle and thorough!
