Puppy Paradise

I have mental peace when I leave my fur babies at Puppy Paradise. I know they love my babies and my babies are comfortable in their care. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The stuffs are professional and loving by nature. I particularly like that it's the same place where my pups can go for grooming, day care as well as boarding. Michelle runs a very good business. I attribute that to her experience of working on Wall Street before opening her own business. She and her whole crew clearly love their job. I highly recommend Puppy Paradise NJ.

I cannot say enough good things about Puppy Paradise! The facility, the employees and Pups are all top notch! My boy Dudley always has a smile when he is there. He comes home a tired pup!! Thank you Puppy Paradise for a job well done!!

This place is the absolute best! The entire staff is so kind and give my dog so much love and affection. I feel so comfortable dropping my dog off here for day care and when she needs to be boarded over night knowing that she’s in good hands! Every time she’s there, they send me pictures and videos for free and shes always having the best time! Highly recommend!

Update - I get a text from the owner pretending to apologize but was really blaming me saying that I asked them to cut Ginger’s nails short when I actually asked them to cut her hair short. She then proceeded to tell me that there was a “misunderstanding” between hair and nails, which displays their negligence. How can there be a misunderstanding when they are handling someone’s beloved baby? Never bring your pets here. ———————- Not happy with how my Ginger came home today. She’s 5 years old and she has NEVER come home with blood on her toe nails from grooming. It is common knowledge to check for the little white spot on their while trimming toenails to ensure trimming doesn’t cause blood, and it looks like these were aggressively trimmed to get her done and the door quickly. Terrible grooming and post service. We brought our dog in last Thursday for grooming and when she comes back we see both of her back legs are severely cut on the sides of her paw pads, causing them to bleed when she walks. When we reached out to Michelle, she got defensive saying it’s a misunderstanding between cutting her nails short and the hair around her paw pads short. However, that doesn’t mean you recklessly cut the hair and cause damage, even if there was a misunderstanding. Such a weak and tepid response. Best to avoid going here if you care for your dog’s well being.
