Stockton Hill Animal Hospital has wonderful people working there. Very very compassionate. My dog had to be put down and they were amazing during the whole process. They gave me a beautiful charm that I keep with me to always have Taz with me. Thank you so much for everything.

I had an appointment to get my dogs hematoma looked at, it was very large and needed medical attention. We let the vet know it had been drained multiple times and kept coming back, she spent 5min looking at my dog and sent us packing saying her body will absorb it with a $80 charge and No meds or anything for my dog! Well needless to say I took her to low cost spay and neuter after her body wasn’t absorbing it and they got her in the next day for surgery because her ear was about to explode. Shame on the vet with 30yrs experience… I will never recommend or go back.

I thought it seemed like a nice place, there was financing available. Or so we thought. Our 7 month dog needed emergency care, he was very sick. Got there half hour early. We were told we qualified for the financing, the vet came in for only a few minutes and said he needed to stay a couple of days. BUT, our account is prepaid so we find out we can't use it with their financing. They charged us $250 just to tell us we need the money now. We got paid the next day, but it was to late. They sent us home with a dying dog, because they couldn't wait one more day for MONEY. They could have potentially saved our baby, but instead we carried him back home to watch him suffer and die. This is by far the worst experience we have had in a very long time. Zero stars.. ZERO.

We have been taking our pets to Dr Andrews for almost 7 years. I have not had any bad experiences. We live in Havasu and drive to Kingman because we pay less than we did in Havasu. We also have had no problems. Dr Andrews has always been so kind and knowledgeable. The Office staff has been absolutely amazing! My dogs are my babies. I trust Dr Andrews 100%.

The office staff was great. The vet was not. I took my dog there for a checkup for a travel certificate. The vet DIDN’T listen to his heart, check his eyes, ears and mouth or feel around his body. She just asked me if I had any concerns. I told her I thought there might be something wrong with his anus. She lifted up his tail and told me I needed to clean up his butt. Then she turned to leave and said I could pick up my certificate at the front counter. I was shocked that the vet spent barely 2 minutes with my dog and even more shocked when I was told the bill was $180! I hadn’t been to Stockton Hills for a travel certificate in 6 years.
