I'd give zero stars if I could! I went and got a parakeet from them, three days of having him and he just died with no explanation. I thought maybe he was just sick and I had bad luck with the first one. They returned him and gave me another one very kind. So I got the new bird and brought home a friend from the same store for him. Not even a 2 WEEKS of having this bird he died also with no explanation!!! the female is fine but for some reason two males now dead within a short period of time and it's becoming very concerning!! This isn't my first rodeo dealing with birds either. I've handled birds many times throughout my life. Those birds need to be checked to make sure something isn't being passed around in that cage!!!! They need to make this right!!!

Staff is always pleasant and willing to help. Excellent customer service! My only complaint is that the carts are in very poor condition! Frustrating when you cannot push the cart through the store because the wheels are either damaged or full of hair. Definitely put a limit on my shopping. Please fix the carts and keep up the good work! Thanks!

Focusing on the 3320 Stockton Hill Rd location for specific store experiences with staff. I brought my mother to Petco in Kingman, AZ yesterday to purchase a particular dog food that's only found at that location in the entire city. Gentle Giant. As my wife has an account with Petco and we shop there regularly, I learned how you can order a product that happens to be out of stock and delivered to your home residence in a few days. So my mother and I were at the register ordering a bag to be delivered to her address because the dog food was out of stock on the shelf. My mother didn't have an account set up, so we used my wife's account. We needed to change the shipping address. Went to Petco to help a friend find a specific brand of puppy food. They did not have it, but selection seems fairly extensive. And we did find several dog toys. Check out was fast and friendly & the cashier picked up on the fact that my friend was getting a new puppy & offered coupons he might find useful!

Customer service is awesome. Didn't have what we were looking for but the customer service was great in helping us,thank you.
