OUTSTANDING service and compassion! We were driving back home to Virgijia from Vegas when our dog had urgent digestive issues. We walked in to Mountain View and were given an emergency appointment as soon as the vet returned from lunch. Daisy was gently evaluated, coddled, reassured, and diagnosed. We were given meds, special food, and detailed instructions for her care. Her condition improved immediately and she rapidly regained her health. The staff were all kind, compassionate, and professional. Their cheerful and calm demeanor greatly reassured us during a stressful time. They even recommended a great sandwich shop to have lunch while we waited for our appointment time. I am forever grateful to Mountain View Animal Hospital, Dr. Forsee, and her incredible staff. On New Year’s Eve, they took my puppy in as an emergency when no other clinics would. We had to drive over 2 hours to get there, and they even waited for us through their lunch, that alone speaks volumes about their compassion. I had rescued my puppy just one week prior, and he contacted parvo. Dr. Forsee and her team were so kind, patient, and thorough in explaining the treatment options and what to expect. They truly cared, not just about the diagnosis, but about us as worried paw parents. I’m so happy to report that my puppy is now on his way to recovery and full of energy again. I sadly had to say goodbye to my baby of sixteen years. I raised this boy and his brother of the same litter from 12 weeks until Ace passed on May 2nd. My entire visit was good. This death was traumatizing, but despite it, the vet was kind and courteous and they gave me a clay paw print for free. They didn’t make me lay him on a cold, metal table. They let me sit on a couch with him while I cradled him in my arms as they put him to sleep. I was also allowed to take him home with me and bury him. No pushing for a costly cremation or being forced to leave him there. Cremation doesn’t even guarantee you’ll get your dog back. They usually mix a bunch of dogs together. So being allowed to take him home with me meant a lot. I would suggest this to anyone who wants to make the end of life care p

Emergency with our puppy on New Year’s Eve no one in Lake Havasu would see her. Called around and so glad we got in. Wonderful staff and Dr. I can’t thank you enough for seeing us.

They are so compassionate and loving to my pups and I. When there was need for a specialist in Vegas, Dr. Forsee worked with both him and I to give my precious Rojo the best care possible before his eventual death actually getting him 2 more years of a very happy life.
