We had a fantastic experience thanks to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and supportive of our pet. Given her past as an abused and wandering street dog, she has a fear of vets, but they handled her with great care. The doctor was also amazing, taking plenty of time to discuss various aspects of her health and her visit before sending us home with valuable information. The private entry to Room 4 was a huge relief, allowing her to avoid other animals, which helped to reduce her anxiety."

I love the Dr and that fact my pup loved the doctor I can't give it 5 stars because it was out first visit. We will back for a follow up and I will update after that. so far I can say they were great and very informative of my pups needs. He seems very happy when I told him we had to go back for a follow up visit he wagged his tail instead of running and hiding and that to me means a hell of a lot. He's a shy guy but he knows aura and vibes and so far they are a keeper ♥️ It's all about my guy and the care he gets that's the only thing that matters over here so far were loving it lmao 💕

We are beyond grateful for Dr. Manning and the entire team at Springfield Vet Center. During one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives—saying goodbye to our beloved Sasha—Dr. Manning showed us what true compassion looks like. He was patient, caring, and deeply empathetic, guiding us through the hardest decision with grace and understanding. I have a female German Shepard and have been turned down by other vets. This place said bring her in and they were amazing with her, got her ears checked out and even got a nail trim. I have a litter of 9 puppies that have an appointment for their first shots and check up. Would recommend them for any of your fur babies needs.

Everyone I spoke with and interacted with at Springfield Veterinary Clinic was so thoughtful and caring. They did a fabulous job of making me feel like my pet was their most important priority. What a great office. I highly recommend!!
