We had a very disappointing experience with this grooming center. We scheduled an appointment for 7:00 AM and clearly specified our dog’s breed in advance. We woke up early and rearranged our day, only to waste our time. No one informed us beforehand that rabies vaccination proof was required. Thankfully, we had it saved on our phone — otherwise the appointment would have been canceled entirely. Once we arrived, we were told that for this breed they would simply use clippers for a regular shave, even though they acknowledged that this is not appropriate or comfortable for the breed. This information should have been communicated before the appointment. On top of that, the groomer was 10 minutes late. We have been shopping here for many years and have seen ups and downs with staffing, pricing and availability. At one point we switched over to getting food and other routine products from Chewy, but have now come back to PetSmart and their auto-ship process. Over the last few years, we have really been helped by staff at the Brook Road location. One wonderful young lady listened to a challenge our golden was experiencing, and related it to a very similar situation she had... all caused by a food allergy. She helped us pick out foods and treats without chicken or chick by-products, and that 100% worked for our hound! As noted earlier, we've come back to using Petsmart auto-ship now for food. While we once found Chewy better priced, not so much anymore! Plus, when we order from Petsmart

First time visiting this location for our dog’s grooming and the results were amazing. From the beginning scheduling was a breeze and she was in and out in no time. Our groomer was Bri and she did an amazing job with our Sophie. Definitely will will be back again for future grooming and highly recommend her.

Nice location, picked up an order for roadie from there, staff was nice, helpful and had everything in place for me to load up.
