We are new to SP animal hospital and we couldn’t be happier about it! Dr.Andy is very knowledgeable and was very kind to my pups. All of the staff were super friendly and very welcoming. We are looking forward to a long and happy relationship for us and our pups.

I’m extremely choosy about who I trust with my pets, so when we moved to VA from PA (after years with a local family vet who cared for all my childhood pets) choosing a new vet felt nerve-wracking. After reading so many positive reviews, we decided on Short Pump Animal Hospital, and I truly don’t think we could have made a better choice! Both of my girls are anxious rescue pups, and the entire team is incredibly gentle, patient, and compassionate with them. We especially love Dr. Reger! She genuinely listens to concerns, makes me feel heard, and understands that I’m an anxious dog mom. Haha She’s also incredibly thoughtful and remembers the little things about my pets, always asking about them, which means so much to us. We truly trust her guidance, and she has become part of our family. W
