The vet was horribly rude and proceeded to treat my family like crap. She proceeded to treat us like we were stupid. We had an appointment but ended up waiting for an hour just to be seen! My mother was there at 10, I came to pick up my cat because my mother had to leave after an hour of waiting, and I did not leave till 1pm! There was times of excuses for it being slow. We have gone here before and stopped because of this behavior exactly. Our cat has an allergy but the vet acted like we neglected our cat for years. This vet will up-charge you on every scam possible. Overall, the service is horrible and the vet needs to correct her behavior when talking to customers.

Buyer beware appointments are reservations only AND days out no immediate help, no walk ins and are paid up front and NON REFUNDABLE! They also tell you one price then charge your card for a different higher price. When I called several times to cancel the appointment ahead of time phone rang and rang then disconnects.Finally got ahold of them thru email and they said thier phone system was having problems. Didnt even get to use the appointment. Money wasted.

The vet was looking into a possible heart murmur for our dog, and drew blood work. She claimed something on the blood work indicated kidney issues with our dog, so then went on to have us do two urinalyses- one of which was invasive and involved a needle straight into her bladder. When I would call about the results and try to get answers as to why we were doing these tests (which weren't cheap) she wouldn't speak to me directly nor explain. I took the same blood work to another vet for a second opinion- who said there was nothing wrong with her blood work and she was fine. So those tests were ordered unnecessarily- and she put our dog through an unnecessary invasive procedure. Seemed like a major money grab.

Avoid this place if you care about your pets. I had been searching for a clinic that would be able to schedule my pups neuter surgery in a reasonable timeframe. Prior to his exam, I paid a new patient exam fee of $101 over the phone with Abi (wonderful customer service.) On exam day, I waited 30 minutes to be seen. Before introducing herself, Dr. Smith asked "my dog" "What is on your feet and why?" referring to his socks he wears for short outings. "They're his little socks" I replied, hoping she would leave it at that, but she persisted, "Why?" she asked. I explained they were to keep his paws clean after a bath. and she continued... "You know you can just wash his paws right? I hope he doesn't wear those for long periods of time." I didn't know I scheduled an appointment to be scolded fo

Called to make an appointment. Person that answered said she didn't know how and someone would have to call me back. Never received a call back. This was not the first time. This place has seriously gone downhill.
