I’ve been bringing my dog here for bath & brushing and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The groomer always does an amazing job. my dog comes out looking clean, comfortable, and better than ever. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and pay attention to every detail. A special shout-out to jaslima at the front desk. She’s always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She remembers us, treats my dog with so much kindness, and makes every visit easy and pleasant.

I have nothing but good things to say about Splash and Dash! Every time I walk in, Denise always greets us with a smile and she's always incredibly nice to us! Prior to bringing my dog, Daisy, here, she was constantly getting eye and skin infections whenever I brought her home from her previous groomer and I always thought it was allergies. She's been coned for almost 2 years to prevent licking. When I finally made the switch to Splash and Dash, Daisy's coat has never looked better AND she has zero signs of skin/eye infections! She's been at peace and cone free for a whole month now!! It's great to see how passionate and caring Denise and the groomers are and I always feel at ease knowing that I'm leaving my fur baby in the best hands! Hands down 10/10 amazing service!

We LOVE Splash and Dash! We have been bringing our dog Rusty there for about the last year and they are so friendly and kind. They take excellent care of him and offer awesome membership options for unlimited baths, which we love! The groomers are great and shoutout to Denise, who is always so helpful!

We highly recommend Splash and Dash. I found this new location in Watertown after my puppy had a bad experience somewhere else. The staff is so kind and gentle. They take their time and do not push dogs outside of their comfort zone. This has helped my dog trust groomers again. I highly recommend them and look into the packages to save money:)

Denise and her team are the best of the best. They treat my little Charlie with so much love, patience, and genuine excitement. It’s clear that the team is passionate about what they do; from the regular collection drives for animal shelters to the Polaroid photo board of member pups, every detail shows the extent of genuine affection for dogs is held among the staff. Charlie always comes home looking and feeling his best. He always runs out to greet me not just clean, but with a perfect groom, bright teeth, and a big smile. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference for a dog who can sometimes be a little nervous.
