Heal Veterinary Clinic

The vets and staff at Heal are incredible. Everything is low or no stress so appointments happen on the floor at my cat's level where she can roam around out of her carrier. I'm lucky that my cat isn't particularly anxious so everything is pretty smooth. The vets are up front about cost and what particular procedures or tests will entail, and they explain everything very clearly with options. The front desk staff, too, are very helpful, communicative, and clearly love animals. Highly recommend! I think there is a waiting list but I'm not sure because my cat was already a patient while in foster care before I adopted her. My cat had an emergency when I was out of town and my roommate brought her in, Dr. Therriault was great and walked me through absolutely everything on the phone after do

We moved to Boston a last year and were stressed about finding a new vet because we have a 16 year old dog with complex needs and we were very happy with our old vet. I am so glad we found Heal. They prioritize the animal's comfort more than any other vet I have been to and they also really care about the owners too. I absolutely love the email summaries for appointments. It's honestly surprising that this place is not super expensive because of the level of personal care you receive. I wish my doctor was like this!

Recently started taking my senior cat to Heal because it’s so close to my house. They are so kind and responsive. The last time we went my cat LOVED the chaise lounge they had in the appointment room. They really listen and let you take lead about decisions.

They're really wonderful here....caring, competent, and so warm, and explain things a way that's easy to understand. So glad I found them for cat care and would recommend them to anyone!! The whole team, front desk staff, techs and doctors have all been awesome, though special shout outs to Dr. Leef and Dr Kristie who were both so thorough and really addressed all my concerns for my cat who has a few different health issues.

We had an excellent experience with both the examination and neutering procedure. The entire team—from front desk to vets and techs—was professional, friendly, and clear in their communication. The clinic is clean, modern, and uses fear-free practices. Exam rooms are thoughtfully designed with cozy beds for pets, and the doctors and techs sit at the pets’ level, creating a calm, stress-free environment.
