Denise seems a nice person but I got the worst experience ever. I have a poodle and I was clearly said don’t make the hair around her facial short and she shaved too short and length of the hair is not equal as well as her body. I cannot believe this is the completed look. This is the worst glooming that my dog ever had...

I’ve had Rodrigues Pet Groomers come and shave my matted cats a few times. They are punctual and do a great job. They are very patient with my fur babies.

Denise and her husband are great! They came yesterday to our house and gave Rico a nice hair cut, so he is all mat-free now.

This husband/wife team was amazing! They were able to groom my cats for a same-day appointment, which made a big difference because my partner’s allergies had recently flared up. They were very kind and professional in their interactions with me, and also gentle and attentive with my pets. I really thought they were wonderful people and enjoyed speaking with them - they were kind enough to let me stay with them during the appointment because it was the first time shaving the cats’ fur at all and I didn’t know what their reaction would be. They took a chance on a new client on the spot, believed me the cats would be easygoing, and then did a fantastic job. I meant to write this review months ago - the fact that I remember all of this and cared enough to come back and leave this review speak
