Southside Grooming

When I dropped my Yorkshire Terrier, there was only one person working that day. She informed me then that he would have to be picked up before 3pm. I was unaware of this & had a Dr's appointment at 1:30pm, usually picked him up around 4pm. She called me @11:15am & said he was ready (I felt like she rushed). When I picked him up he was shaking & seemed extremely nervous, which is unlike him. After leaving I saw blood on his head. Upon looking closer he had a cut on his ear. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS. When I called to discuss this, groomer acted like she was unaware. Also, face was not cut straight. One side longer than the other & gaps on his head & legs. She called me back & was then apologizing & ask me to bring him back, don't know what she was going to do, but I was unable to do so (Dr

took my yorkie who was pretty matted. they made her look so pretty that i fell in love all over with my layla.

They seem to rush the job. 1st time I took them, they cut too close, some nicks on one of my babies, 2nd time I took them, one had cuts on both legs. Hesitated to take them again, this time it was if someone was practicing on my babies. I'm done, I'll try and do it myself until I find someone else. Just one pic, it still bothers me.

We took my friends dog for grooming about a month ago. We didn't have an appointment. Didn't know we needed one. A very nice lady, who I'm guessing must no longer work there, said of course I'll groom her today. She did an excellent job. Fast forward to now. We took her back last week and were told we needed an appointment but they would try to do her that day. 3 hours later we just went to get her and take her home with no grooming done. I called them a few minutes ago to make an appointment. Now I'm told everyone brings their animals between 8-9. But someone at this darn place groomed her last month. After several disappointing visits to PetSmart, I decided to try Southside Grooming. They’re now my #1 choice. The women are super nice and delivers excellent service each visit. I’m never disappointed. I love how they work with dogs that aren’t too fond of getting groomed. A plus ! Thanks Southside !!
