Love love this place! Been taking my fur babies there for nine years! I can’t imagine anyone else taking care of them! I have only boarded them once so far. (it was the first time ever for them to be left.) I was so nervous I cried when I left them 🥴 Cynthia sent me pics every day of how good they were doing! I had no doubt they will be fine, but she made sure I knew that! It is such a good feeling to know you can go out of town, and not have to worry about your fur babies at all !! To Cynthia, and all the staff there…y’all rock!!❤️

Our 13-year-old dog Knox has always been a bit of an anxious guy, and with his arthritis, we’re extra careful about where we take him. From the very first visit, Southern Paws Spa made us feel completely at ease. The staff is incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding of his needs. They take their time, never rush him, and always make sure he’s comfortable. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the animals they work with, and that means the world to us. Every time we pick him up, Knox is clean, fresh, and looking his best—and the biggest sign of all? He comes home HAPPY. His tail wags, he seems relaxed, and we can tell he had a positive experience. Sadie loves Southern paws !. Sadie is very anxious but she does so well here with the staff. The facility is very nice and clean. I would recommend Southern Paws, best groomer and boarder in the Upper Cumberland!
