Miss Maggie's Place Dog Boarding

We are new to Putnam County and left our go to boarder behind. We toured several facilities and when we found Miss Maggie's Place we knew found our Lola's retreat. The idea of boarding in a home is very comforting. Maggie's person is Jay and our Lola took to him immediately during our visit. Maggie is a wonderful hostess, sharing her toys and her human comes naturally for her and Lola was very comfortable with her. We received daily pictures and updates which helped ease our anxiety with a new situation. I highly recommend Miss Maggie's! Lola will return anytime we need boarding for a day or more. If you love your fur baby like we do you can't do better than Miss Maggie's!

I love Miss Maggie’s Place. We have 3 dogs with different personalities and various needs all of which are met at Miss Maggie’s. Miss Maggie’s Place is great for anyone who doesn’t want to put their dog in a kennel. I’ve been bringing my senior dog here for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. The house feels warm and welcoming, with a dog door, a fenced backyard, and lots of cozy spots for her to relax. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owner. He’s great with dogs and takes extra care to make sure my senior dog is comfortable while I’m gone. He goes above and beyond and is incredibly responsible and clearly loves animals, which is important to me. It’s a relief knowing she’s well cared for while I’m away. I’d definitely recommend Miss Maggie’s Place if you want someone who truly pays attention to your dog’s needs.
