I rescued this German Shephard last July. Someone just abandoned him. There were definitely signs of neglect and abuse. We are guessing he was around 8 months old at the time. I spent the next 5 months working with him, loving and nourishing him. I went about as far as I could with my knowledge of training. I decided to send him to an inboard training facility. He left Christmas Eve and came back Sunday. I’m amazed what a professional can do with a German Shephard in just 8 weeks. The behavioral issues are gone and he is now my perfect dog! If you're looking for a dog trainer/ boarder in or around Cookeville there is no one else! Chynna changed my dog's life honestly, before we started her board and train program my dog Maze was on medication for anxiety, had some dog aggression and had no confidence. During the program she was able to wean maze off the medication and teach both of us how to have a healthier boundary with each other. I no longer live in Cookeville and will drive my dogs down to be boarded by Chynna because there is no one else I could ever trust with my dogs!

I can’t express my gratitude to Chynna and the training that she gave my Miles. He’s a golden doodle puppy and I was at the end of my rope after seven months of trying to train him myself. He has such high energy and had absolutely no focus. With the board and train program at Pup Pub Academy and Chynna’s patience and structure, Miles is a different dog. I had no idea he was such a brilliant little dog and learned so quickly. He just needed someone to bring it out of him. I highly recommend Chynna and any program that you would choose for your dog. She truly loves what she does and it shows in my dog’s behavior.

Chynna is an excellent dog trainer. She helped me to train my Border Collie/Aussie mix puppy named Lola at the beginning of 2024. Her dedication and expertise in this area is amazing. We can’t think Chynne enough! She was so patient with all my questions and concerns! When Millie came home the amount of commands she could perform were amazing! She could sit, come, heel, down, stay and our favorite PLACE! When we need a break from 3 boys and a rambunctious dog we can say place and she goes to her place bed (which comes with the program) and stays till we let her off! It’s amazing!!
