I was very happy with their service, knowledge, and care. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. It did take awhile to be seen, however once we were in the room I didn’t feel rushed to explain or talk to them about what had transpired with my dog so that they could get the full picture of what happened. So many clinics rush you in and out because of a schedule, and I get that but so much is missed when you are rushed. It is nice to visit a clinic that takes the time to listen first and then examine. That matters. In addition, the tech took her time to allow my dog to warm up to her before she began the initial pre-exam, which my dog appreciated because it eased her anxiety. I’m happy with the care we received and getting a clear diagnoses to help my dog. Thank you Dr Storey and team
Very nice staff and doctors but they always overbook and have you wating 20 to 30 mins passed your appointment. I don't think I was ever seen on time since mybpet has been a patient. This is a issue because people have to maintain thier jobs and when you take time off for an appointment you want to be seen especially in these times where employers are doing major cuts. The care was great but its the after care that is a major issue.
Pros and cons to the place nice people and what not my only grump was my dog got beat up by a cat cat put a claw through his eye. I called after my vet did all he could i stressed the importance of the visit says its its a month out im like ok maybe he will be ok, appointment comes up get there gets told nothing we can do maybe if you came the first few days his eye is gone and should be removed. Well i wouldve if you wouldve had me. then proceeded to charge me $350 for that and a lil bit of antibiotics just to make sure he does get a brain infection from it. Other then pricing and non importance not a bad place debated on charging back to my card but im not a pos
Very nice receptionists and vet techs, but notoriously long wait times. My first time there I waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment to be seen. My most recent visit I waited over 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Dr. Story could not have cared less.
Excellent service and care. Have taken 2 pets to this facility and happy every time.
