I can’t say enough great things about STBA. they are hands down the best grooming service we’ve ever used for our puppy! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to get to know my puppy and made sure she felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The groomers are incredibly gentle, patient, and skilled. My pup came out looking and smelling amazing—her coat was soft, shiny, and trimmed perfectly. They even added a little bow and gave her a treat after the session, which was such a sweet touch. What really impressed me was how clean and calm the space was, and how much attention they pay to each dog’s individual needs. You can tell they truly care. I just left from picking up my mini poodle for her first visit there and I have nothing good to say about the cut. They are very nice but it’s apparent that my baby’s cut was completed by an amateur. They said she was matted so she had to be cut down much I can understand however she was not fully dried and blowed out. Her ears are still damp and wavy. I paid extra to get her tail and ears dyed pink however it seems like they forgot to paint her ears being that her tail is much brighter and vibrant and her ear color looks the same as the way I brought her in. I scheduled another appointment then called back to cancel once I examined her more. On top of that the cleaning was not good. I’m truly heartbroken. I paid $65 plus $15 for dye. Lesson learned pay cheap you get cheaply done work.

Love this lil place, they do a great job and love the dogs!!! The hairless shop cat Greg works diligently to maintain security at the door.

This place is amazing !!! I take my Huxley and Shepard cattle dog mix here to get brushed out and bathed . If you know anything about huskies , they shed …a lot . Something to bark about is one of the only places that truly de shed him as he always comes out super soft and no more shedding everywhere . My Shepard cattle dog mix is short haired and he always turns out great . The lint rollers can be put away for at least a month after we visit this place . Cannot recommend enough .
