This was my first time bringing my dog here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. They took their time getting to know my dog, made her feel comfortable, and listened to everything I shared about her needs. Dakota grooming came out beautifully — she looks clean, smells great, and was so relaxed afterwards. You can tell they truly love what they do and treat every pet like their own. I’m really impressed and grateful for how well they cared for my baby Dakota. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend. 🐾

We took our pup Shorkie-Munchkin to Snoopy Groomers on Coldspring Lane, Baltimore on last Saturday, first time. The day before, we called to make an appointment and they said, sure bring her in the next day. Our pup was fine going to the groomer and fine when we picked her up. Munchkin is 2 years old and she looked great and smelled so fresh. She was happy and playful as her usual self when she saw us. The groomer gave her a full cut short, just as we requested. Our Shih Tzu/Shorkie’s fur grows very fast. This will be our new groomers going forward. The staff was nice and pleasant too. Thank you for giving our pup a great first time experience.

I took my puppy Mocca to get his grooming done and I can proudly say it is the best grooming place I went to. They left him exactly how I asked and the workers are so nice. They even gave us a dog bag dispenser since it was our first time going. Honestly recommend this place a lot to take your dogs to smell nice and clean.
