I have been a customer for over 12 years. My Kobe' was bard from Pet Smart at the tender age of 14 months. Snip and Clip welcomed him with open arms. He would only behave for her. She has so much compassion and love for pets like they are her own. Did I say the customer service was excellent. Yes 5 stars in my book.

First off whatever she uses to make my little yorkie (Kingston) smell so good I need it but as for her an her service awesome very friendly a person you can question without her getting upset an treats you an your pet like she wants you to come back didn't rush me off and did an awesome job on my little Ham. Prices are great for what you get give this lady a shot before you rush off to petco for me it's nothing like good TLC!

the lady was so polite and very professional she didn't get irritated when I kept calling to check on my baby (dog). my dog was smelling good almost a whole month...even though she said he was bad.
