Snazzy Jazzy's Pet Salon Timonium

I have a St. Bernard who does not do well with other dogs and hates being groomed. I’ve taken him to Snazzy Jazzy’s a few times now, and every time he has come out looking and smelling like an entirely new dog. They are very accommodating to his issues with other dogs, and incredibly patient as he is not the most cooperative while on the table. Carly has been his groomer each time I have taken him, and he loves her. She has gone out of her way each time to make sure I am satisfied with the work she has done. All of the staff at this establishment are very friendly, I would highly recommend taking your pets here for their next grooming appointment.

Edit to add: To clarify, his nails were not growing into his paw pads, his specialty dermatology vet has checked them during his recent visit and I personally check them multiple times a week. It’s disappointing to see that kind of false claim used to deflect responsibility. If the manager or another team member had explained what happened, we would not be as upset, as we are aware that accidents happen. After the manager knew we were upset, they claimed they were planning to come out and explain to us, but when they came out we were already gone. Better communication amongst this team would have helped to mitigate this issue as no one told us to wait and discuss the nail appointment. I’ve been taking my dog to the Timonium and Towson location for a couple years now. I preferred the Towson location because I liked him seeing the same groomer each time he went, but unfortunately, she left. I never had any issues with her grooming him. She did a great job. The past few times, I’ve had to use whichever groomer was available because they’re so busy. A couple months ago, they cut his nail too short. I didn’t notice it until I got home, but he was bleeding all over his dog bed. I called, and of course, they denied cutting his nail too short. I took my dog last week to get groomed and my family noticed a huge bald spot on his stomach that was bleeding the following day and bald spots underneath of both armpits as well. Rachel did a fantastic job. It was my puppy's first haircut and he looked great and seemed so happy! She explained everything that would happen before and let me know how he did at the end. They do grooming/nails along with teeth and ear cleaning. Here's a before and after!

First time here. Highly recommend. Friendly staff, experienced groomers and reasonably priced! Worth the drive from Bel Air. PS - Carly rocks!!!
