Petco Grooming

We have been taking our Shorkies to Petco to see Robin for quite sometime now. She is always great with them and does an amazing job! Our dogs are never scared or nervous to go back with her and you can tell they are always well taken care of. They also look great when they are finished!!!

Absolutely very pleased with our groomer! She takes her time and does a wonderful job. She also was able to give our male dog his first grooming . Others were afraid NOT GISELLE!!!! She all 3 of my pups this weekend!!!!

Let me start by saying our fur babies Koko 3yrs old and Sophie 8yrs old, both females can be a little intense by not wanting to be groomed especially Koko who is 3yrs old she is fairly new to being groomed she can easily become nervous and shaking. Upon picking up the babies, their groomer, Ms. Meg, she had no problems with their behaviors. All went well. Ms. Meg had done a full bath/spa treatment on the babies such as a full body haircut, nails clipped, their skin, and fur was baby soft. The directions to not cut their ear hair were followed to a T. Ms. Meg, most definitely displayed top-tier customer service to husband and I and our fur babies. Ms. Meg is absolutely a Master Groomer, hands down!!!!! We left her a $20.00 tip/$10. per pet. The groomer,Robin, is great. Love everything about it except the app. It won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying error. I tried to chat on line but they could not figure it out. Asked me to submit a picture of screen but closed file 4 days later. Now it says I have 2 free grooming for Sally I always bring both dogs together. Nothing about Sadie. Frustrating.

Meg is always so friendly, professional and kind, she really knows how to connect with the pet owners. On top of that, she is an excellent groomer. Our standard poodle looks beautiful every time!
