The manager provided excellent customer service. He worked in the fish department and assisted us with selecting fish and frogs. I regret that I didn’t get his name, but he was the gentleman with curly hair! I will always shop at this location because of him!

This place is getting to be more trouble than it's worth. 1. They now require a new prescription every year from the original vet for certain foods, even though that original prescription is good for 99 refills. No problem for three and a half years until recently. 2. They're frequently out of stock for that prescription food anyway, and they only have the flavor that no one buys. 3. You now need the manager to access the restroom. I bet that's real fun searching for the manager when you have dog waste on your hands or something...Gee, guys having an easily accessible bathroom goes with the territory in the pet store business. 4. Workers are very rude I asked for help and they completely dismissed me don’t go here if you want to be treated like a human

I am extremely satisfied with Future’s grooming appointment. My busy schedule allow Future to get extremely tangled and she had no judgement. She restored him once again and she loved on him like he was her own. She gave me great pointers and he will be back to see her soon. Much appreciated Heather L!

I walked into Petsmart today at 2:30pm to get my pugs nails trimmed. Two people were just sitting there and asked if I was there for a nail trim. I said yes and they told me they are closing early for the day and won’t do it. A nail trim literally takes 5 minutes and I was in the store. I think this is terrible customer service. I will not be bringing my pets there again.
