Dr. Griffith and his staff are amazing! We have been taking our cat to see him for years and have recently added a puppy to our family. He treats all of his patients with the upmost care and kindness. I received good customer service on the phone, and then when I first brought my cat in for an examination the next day. After that I used four days of boarding, and when I came back from my trip all was well.

I like this group of people. They are friendly and helpful. Dr. Rob is great as well as the vet techs. The 4 stars is mostly because compared to our old vet in the city we moved from, they just don’t meet those expectations we used to have. We wait at least 20-40 minutes whether it’s for a doctor or simply dropping our dog off for boarding! The last 2 times we dropped off our dog the desk had to page twice to get someone to come get our dog. They can never remember that he’s a boy and he is always so nervous when he goes (which makes me wonder how much time they spend with him while he’s there). Also in regards to boarding, we stopped boarding our cat there because he also didn’t like it. One of the vet techs asked me if he was a sweet car at home. I said yes? This came as a shock to me be
