Smart Parke | Westlake Village

This place is incredible. I can't say enough good things about the staff and our experience here. We went on a week vacay. When I picked up my pups...they were so chill... not traumatized. They took good care of my elderly bulldog. My cattle dog who is insecure even went up to some of the ladies to say goodbye . No diarrhea for either dog. Wow. Worth every penny. If i could give 10 star is would. Big thanks to all the staff that were genuinely kind and caring towards our babies.

I used to take my dog to the Doggy Den, and she would put her tail between her legs upon arrival, come home hyper and smelling like urine. I thought maybe that was just dog daycare, as that was the first place I took her, but learned after switching to Smart Parke this is not the case. When I pull in, she jumps up wagging, and the cameras that allow me to check on her give such peace of mind. Her behavior at the dog den now makes me suspicious and sad I put her through whatever she was going through. When I go on the cameras, I’ve seen staff member everywhere from dancing with the dogs to running and blowing bubbles. She never comes home smelling and I have peace of mind she is getting mental and physical stimulation while I’m at work or running errands, as otherwise she would be in my sma

At first it was a little rough trying to get Athena checked in for her evaluation. However, after everything was straightened out the manager informed me that I was able to watch through their web-cam. Athena had so much fun interacting with her new found friends. She absolutely enjoyed herself. I'm so thankful that I know she will be safe playing with her new friends.

I love the Barkley. My dog and I have separation anxiety from each other but I KNOW she is in great hands. Everybody is so nice and friendly. They know her name and give her so much attention and love. Plus the daily report cards are so awesome! It was so nice to get an update on how she was doing with a cute video automatically without prompting. Highly recommend this place. Especially considering this is one of the cheaper options with a large room. Definitely the biggest bang for your buck. 3 pm check out time is also phenomenal. I can go on and on but just thank you to everybody at the Barkley. Never change!!

We brought our dog in for his evaluation that was required before boarding him. We were able to check in on him with their web cam and every time we looked he seemed to be enjoying himself. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. The facility is immaculate. We don't have the need for day care or boarding often but we won't hesitate to leave our little guy at Smart Parke Corona.
