I was a loyal Lucy Customer for over 5 years. About two months ago, they started going downhill. First, they were incapable of filling an order off one major website. Despite their average customer service and charging me extra for a temporary replacement from their very own website, I stuck with them and switched to another. After ONE order, the auto shipment was cancelled. Lucy response, same person as last time? Oh it’s E-Commerce fault. Oh it’s there’s only so much we can do. Zero apology. Zero care my dog has been left without food twice now. And even worse, she made fun of me at the end and my issues. Just absolutely unbelievable. I really like them. They are sponsors at the local dog shows and that is how I first found them. My dogs both needed some weight and the Salmon and Quinoa has been perfect for them. No allergies, they enjoy the food, good poops and the food is easy to order and ship from amazon or pick up at shows. I switched all my dogs to this food.

One Vet gave me prescription dog food for diarrhea not feeling confident about the Vet . I did go to DC Slaton after a test He put Daisy on Lucy's food She loves it She is ok now and enjoy a food as the treat So thank you for your good food Lucy's as easy to find 👍

I feed a group of 6 TNR feral cats daily and for some reason they are very picky. I have tried several types of dry foods. When she saw them she said they look thin and she suggested Lucy Pet's dry food. My cats fell in love with it. They look well nourished now and gained good weight! They really do not respond to other brands with this much enthusiasm. Thank you.

Have 3 dogs 18 year old Peke super fussy 3 year old Terrier Cocker mix n 12 week Pomeranian ........all Picky eaters. They gooble this up like a bowl full of treats. So pleased worth the drive and cost
