Just recieved our 1st jar of Pro-Digest about a week ago. Our 3 year old Rottie had dermatitis so bad. In just a week the improvement is amazing.. Thank you so much.
The product is good, but the company (Pet Joy) is horrible. It takes months to receive an order, if you receive it at all. I sent an email to cancel my account and it showed canceled on the website, but they charged me anyway. And the charge was triple what the order cost. If you must buy this brand, buy it from Amazon. Or better yet, don’t buy it at all.
Ordered may 15,2024 today June 17,2024 no product received. Tried calling 2 numbers. Rings and hangs up. Or busy. No response to emails. BBB ratings are horrible. Others with same issues. Filing claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
I wish that i could recommend ZERO stars for this company. NONE of the phone numbers work and you cannot cancel your subscription online. I have sent SEVERAL emails to them asking for a refund and to cancel but they never contact back. TERRBILE business. I have NEVER had to do this before.
