I really can’t say enough good things about Skipton! I’ve been taking my boy here for about 3 years now. I’d be lost without this place. He is on the sensitive side, but he acts like Skipton is his second home. He adores all the staff, and they are fantastic with him. It’s so obvious everyone at Skipton cares deeply about each dog that comes through their doors. They carefully select the dogs they take, which I am very appreciative of. They foster a safe and friendly environment, and I never have to worry when I leave him there. The home style facility is an amazing fit for us, and the staff sends adorable photos throughout the day. Many thanks to all the staff, you all are wonderful!

I’ve been bringing my fur baby to Skipton for 9 years. I can’t imagine bringing him anywhere else. He absolutely LOVES going, so whenever l leave him there, I have complete peace of mind. In my opinion, that is PRICELESS. Prior to COVID, he went 5 days a week and boarded when I went away for vacation or business. Even though I work from home now, I still bring him once or twice a week so he can engage with the other dogs. I appreciate the staff at Skipton truly wants to “get to know” all the dogs prior to allowing them to board. They are not just looking to make money by booking dogs to board that they don’t know or haven’t boarded or been in daycare in years. They are choosing what is best for the dogs over making money. By far the best boarding place we’ve ever used, and even more comfortable for my dog than when sitters stay at our house. I’ve used Skipton for many years, and I can’t sing their praises highly enough. They are extremely professional and safe while also being a warm and friendly home-like experience for dogs. It’s not some concrete warehouse where dogs are kenneled, but it’s still extremely clean and professional. The play area outside seems awesome, too. They also go way above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are happy and healthy. They keep really close watch on my dog who doesn’t eat when she’s nervous, but now that she loves it there so much, there’s no interruption in her eating habits when she’s boarded. I simply cannot express how happy I am with the care my babies receive at skipton pet lodge. It is truly and amazing space for the doggies to be. Amanda and Jacob do an amazing job with providing updates and beautiful pictures. The owner is also very hands on and involved with the care of the dogs and it’s very refreshing to see the level of commitment she has towards our fur babies. Everyone is very responsive, kind and engaging. My dogs run to daycare - something that has never happened at any other daycares we have been to. I have complete peace of mind when they are at Skipton! Cannot say enough positive things!

My little Bruce absolutely loves going to Skipton!! We’ve been using the Pet Lodge for Boarding for a while now whenever we’re going on a trip. Staff are so nice, super responsive and never fail to send plenty of pictures. I’m always sure my pet is happy and receiving the best care when he’s at Skipton 💕
