I shop at Pet Supply Plus, Ashland regularly for all my pet needs. I was there just the other day to pick up some cat food and gerbil food and again received friendly and attentive service from Anna and Lilly while purchasing my items. I don’t usually give reviews, however I am treated with high regard on every visit and I that can’t be said that about many of my retail experiences. I therefore thought I should say Thank You, by way of a kind review. So, if your in need of anything pet, make your way down to PSP, Ashland and you too will be greeted with a smile by an one of their eager employees. Thanks Anna and Lilly!

Enjoy shopping in this store. Always well stocked and the help is always available if you need help. Cashiers are always pleasant and helpful and make sure I get all my coupons and rewards.

Kate helped me pick out the most wonderful bird! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Ashland. The store was clean and all the animals were well cared for.

GABRIEL SILVA - a manager , needs proper training . His customer service is negative 5 stars ( communication , knowledge of return policy on online orders …) Everyone else in the store is nice and pleasure to speak with . Never had any issues until today . I would like a call back from a manager above him to discuss details . An update : spoke today with a “ store manager“Railey in person , she was more focused on bad review that everyone will see and how Mr Silva told her everything right away ( of course I would too - I was not kidding when asked to speak with his manager ) , unfortunately she showed lack of leadership skills , I don’t think she cares about the business itself .
