Camp Canine

We have been boarding our family member, Archie (3yo), at Camp Canine since he was a puppy, and we never had the chance to review this wonderful place. Archie absolutely loves it here. The staff does a fantastic job caring for him and always takes time out of their busy schedules to play with him. They regularly send updates with photos of Archie having a great time. He’s usually pretty tired when we pick him up and ends up sleeping the rest of the day—probably because his puppy pals don’t let him rest much! We boarded Archie once for nearly three weeks, and he did great during that time. Typically, our stays are about a week long and usually coincide with school vacation week.

Extremely disappointed in the care and response from the owners. While boarding our dog here, she developed painful, bleeding hot spots due to being left wet after daily water play and not being dried properly. We had to take her to an ER vet for treatment and medication. When I brought this to the owners’ attention, they failed to acknowledge any responsibility or offer any compensation for what was clearly a preventable issue. To make matters worse, their response was delayed by two weeks and came across as hostile. I left my phone number and a voicemail and never got a call, just a defensive email. Following that, they even deactivated our access to the reservation portal. Our pets deserve better care, and pet parents deserve to be heard—not dismissed. I truly hope moving forward they

Camp Canine has been absolutely fantastic as the world transitions back to hybrid work. We had to find somewhere that opened early enough to drop our dog off and still give us time to catch the train and make it to work on time, but was also late enough to allow us to stay at work until 5. Camp Canine's hours are perfect for us and was the first reason we chose to try them. After one visit, our dog was already obsessed! He loves being outside all day, and playing in the hose (this is a new game that he learned at Camp). I love that I can check in on him during the day with their webcams, and the staff always takes great pictures and sends a daily update through the portal. Our dog cries with excitement when he knows he's on the way to Camp in the morning, and I feel good knowing he's well

I'm very happy we brought our pup to Camp Canine. Our dog loves the staff and they seem to really enjoy all of the dogs that come in. They give a nice update on the dogs mine is playing with that day and have web cams so I can check in with her periodically. They split the dogs into several groups by temperament and play style and they are always supervised. You can tell they are great with the dogs because there's usually a big crowd of dogs around the person supervising their area.

Our dog has come here probably 8+ times when we’ve gone on vacation. He loves coming here, he always wants to run in! (He was nervous at first but now every time he runs in!) The staff is very friendly and professional. They have cameras that you can use to watch your dog. We have recommended Camp Canine to our friends!
