Ashland Animal Hospital

Just took my 5 year old Shih Tzu for the first time. Everyone from front desk, the tech and the Vet were all so kind and took time to answer any of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I felt comfortable and understood the information provided. My dog was in typical Shih tzu mode. She had a lot to say and the vet sat on the floor just trying to make friends.

Ashland Animal Hospital has provided all my pets with caring, competent treatment over the last 40 years. Every vet has has taken the needed time with my animals and me to make sure I understand my pet's condition and the treatment options. The techs and the desk staff are also excellent. I highly recommend Ashland Animal Hospital.

This was our first experience at Ashland Animal Hospital and it couldn’t have been better. The staff was super welcoming and the doctor was knowledgeable and took time to really talk to me. The hospital was clean and welcoming. I am really happy we found them.

Always caring and thorough when examining my 2 fur babies. A very calming atmosphere. The vet’s and tech’s are all very knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable after they have been examined.

I only gave 3 stars …. The care from the Vets was professional & caring. We were referred to Tufts where we received treatment with medication. On return to Ashland we needed additional medication (same exact as prescribed by Tufts) the cost of this medication ((Amoxicilian) was $19 at Tufts. At Ashland they charged us $68 for same dose same meds!!! We had no time to go back to Tufts in this case …but believe me we will! The Dr’s at Ashland Animal Hospital again are great but when you already have crazy medical costs for your ill pet - this added cost is crazy.
