Everyone here is so friendly, and my puppy absolutely loves this place. Their no-fear approach is incredible—she didn’t even notice the vaccines 😅 and didn’t want to leave!

Just took my cat here for the 1st time, we had a bit of a wait because there were some pet emergencies happening, but Dr. Cordray spent a lot of time discussing my concerns and helping with recommendations for my cat. $90 deposit for the appointment and $240 overall for the annual visit + 1 year rabies and 3 year FVRCP

if i could leave zero stars i would. not only did the staff repeatedly act bigoted, they refused to see us during a crisis. the doctor was especially cruel. this vet appears under search results for emergency care, which it should not. truly one of the worst experiences ive ever had, they acted like they were hiding from us while we were waiting for our uber to the next hospital too. these are the types of people that give me no faith in humanity

Love this practice! Everyone was wonderfully kind and caring with my dog. Dr Watts helped him relax immediately. Michele at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Best thing was that my dog wasn't scared at this place- the fear free motto is not just a slogan! My dog underwent dental surgery that cost less than half of the estimate I’d gotten at another practice (no I’m not exaggerating!). I’m very happy I found this practice.

I hate this place. I'm giving them one last chance to do right by my dog, Gage. This is technically the 2nd bad review I've given this office and this time, I'm not taking it down until I'm completely satisfied that this office can do better. Every time I've needed something from this office, they've failed me. I've been using this vet for over a year and I *thought* Gage was covered for all his preventions. After 3 visits and nearly $2000 later I realize that--no, he wasn't. He wasn't covered for hook- or heartworms for that entire year. All because they didn't include that medication in his medication portal--even though we talked about it and I brought up his past preventions. I didn't notice this was an issue because the meds I *did* buy came with the logo of the one I apparently didn
