Probably the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was very clear about what I wanted done, and almost all of it was ignored. I have a cockapoo with thick, wavy fur. Anyone who knows the breed knows they have beards, and if those beards aren’t trimmed properly, food, water, dirt—everything—gets trapped in there. It starts to smell terrible. I specifically asked for the beard to be managed, and it clearly wasn’t. I also told the groomer to pluck the hair from his ears. My dog currently has a yeast infection, and it’s extremely difficult to apply medication when hair is blocking the ear canal. The groomer didn’t even bother to address his ears at all. In the end, I paid around $100 for what was basically a basic shave and bath—something I could have

A nicely run location! Shelves are always stocked and well organized, and the store is always clean. I've only ever used the store services and not the grooming or pet sitting, though, so I can't comment on those services specifically.

Friendly staff, my cat’s favorite store. They also have a really nice adoption center, all the cats there are very cute!

On February 9 at 5:18 p.m., the lady at checkout number 1 treated me in a very dismissive manner, as if she didn't want to work or as if she was bored working at Petco. You should improve your staff training, because it was very demotivating to be served by her. Thank you.

Good location, tidy and neat. Fish tanks were very clean! All the usual supplies.
