Hailey and the team are great! My dog Bella always looks amazing when she leaves the spa! They take such great care of her!

My cousin's service dog tragically died after being left neglected in a closed kennel room for 45 minutes on August 19th. When picked up, the dog was struggling to breathe and could barely walk. Despite being asked only to cover the vet bill, the business refused. They also deleted comments from people speaking the truth about what happened. Another dog, a golden retriever, was also seen in distress that same day. This negligence caused the death of a support dog for someone with epilepsy-absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable.

I have taken my dog Humphrey to Hailey multiple times throughout the last few years, she’s so sweet and does an amazing job every time!
