100% happy that we switched our vet to PAWS. Dr. Gray and the staff are amazing, friendly and informative. Even though my Flint can be a difficult patient at times, they were so great with him! Can't recommend them enough!
I hardly know where to begin with this amazing group of people. They truly work as a team with each one genuinely caring about the wellbeing of your beloved pet. I have neither felt rushed when I've asked a ton of questions, nor have I felt obsessive when expressing a myriad of concerns. They treat the person as kindly as they treat the animals. And, there is a wealth of knowledge here that makes you feel incredibly comfortable. The Independence area is truly blessed to have a veterinary clinic/hospital of this caliber in the area. I'm grateful every day for their expertise.
Have followed Dr.Gray and her team from location to location for years. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Amazing customer service and so sweet with our pets. AMAZING TEAM OF LADIES 🥰
Amanda did a fantastic job grooming our 8 year old female pup, who does not care for brushing. Amanda was very compassionate and kind to Honey and made beautiful again! We'll be back!
