Absolute chaos. They make appt., don't confirm it, and then when you show up for appt, they can't even find my and my pet's information in the system which I just gave 2 weeks previous. Too many untrained people? I don't know but I will try a different clinic who instill trust and display professionalism.

First of all they were very accommodating on our schedule. Second of all they were very prompt getting us back and helping me with our three dogs. The vet technicians were all very professional and accommodating. The veterinarian, and technicians were very clear in explaining the medication and our options. All the pets were calm and relaxed throughout. Lastly they called and let me know they had sent prescriptions to our pharmacy and gave us no issues. I really do appreciate the flexibility there. Thank you truly. Oh and the pricing was reasonable considering the level of professionalism and service.

We Have Been Going Here For Over 17 Years (Before The New Building Was Ever Built), And This Is The Only Place I Would Ever Bring My Furbabies To, For Veterinarian Care Or Kenneling. They Have Always Taken Great Care Of Our Pets And Us; Weather It’s Been For Their Regular Checkups, Or More Serious Concerns...I Highly Recommend Shenandoah Veterinary.
