Seattle FlyDogs Club

This club is smooth-running, top-notch, and fun! The training provided is very good - my dog is learning so much for this sport, and progressing quickly. There is a huge emphasis on safety both with the dog in the sport, and dog-to-dog interactions. Everyone is friendly, and it is great. We were welcomed warmly on day one, and this has become a weekly session my dog and I look forward to.

Do you want to have fun with your dog and help them get exercise? Do you want to meet some cool humans? Seattle Fly dog will give you both! Opie and I have been Seattle Fly dog members for years now. We are on the more laid back side of fly ball where we don’t run competitively, but we are still welcome! A lot of fly dog humans have become close friends over the years too. We love the club and are happy to be a part of it.

My dog, Cara Cleibh & I started flyball this year and are having a blast. Cara is 7.5 years old and is one of the older dogs. She goes to work with me so during the week she is relatively quiet. It is so much fun to see her cut loose during class. She gets quite a workout! Tammy, and all of the volunteers (club members) are wonderful. They take the time to explain why we need the dogs to run a specific way. They make suggestions on different ways to teach the dog, if the dog, or I, don't get it. If you have the chance to tryout for this club, especially if you have a ball loving dog, you won't regret it!

I love that our deaf, one-eyed dog, Koda has a place he can learn, practice, perform and compete as part of a supportive team in this highly competitive sport! We really love the performances, where people get to learn about the sport and see that any dog is welcome to come and enjoy the fun.

Seattle Fly Dogs are the best. Everyone does a great job teaching the pups and their owners how to play flyball. They keep everything very positive and we all have so much fun. I can't say enough good things about this organization.
