Dr. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is straight to the point, gives you all of the options with clear financial expectations, and doesn’t order unnecessary treatment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. After my first round of visits with all 3 dogs, I can say that these were the most stress free visits we had ever had. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Lisa and her team at Scruffy City.

Dr. Lisa has been our Fur babies doc for almost 15 years. She is the absolute best.

I had to put my my dog rock down and they gave me all the time that I needed with him even it was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but they was lenient with me and even sent me a card. Tell me how sorry they was that I had to put my dog down in which lifted my spirits up dramatically. I even got my uncle to take his dog there no other place would I ever take my animals? They're the best.

We take both our dogs and cat to Scruffy. They take such great care of our pets and are so kind to our children as well. The front staff, techs, and veterinarians are all wonderful. In particular Dr Ogle, who we interact with the most, is phenomenal. She is personable, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Scruffy - you’ll be in great hands!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I take both my dog and cat to see Dr Lisa and she is fantastic, we have also seen other doctors at this location who were great as well. The whole team is always so friendly and so helpful. Love love love this vet!!
