Scenthound Johns Creek Central

Had my baby Lyra groomed for the first time with scenthound today. She is very timid and shy but wouldn’t hurt a fly. They did so wonderful with my girl, even gave me a report card on her overall health! You can tell they really care. Will definitely be back.

I bring both my dogs here and have had an amazing experience. One of my dogs has really bad skin allergies/issues and being able to take her weekly here for the problem skin treatment has significantly reduced her itchiness and constant licking. With both dogs cleaner, happier, healthier, our house is easier to keep clean with no hint of dog smell. The entire staff is great, especially Christina who was so helpful in helping me get set up and figure out what plan was best for each of my pups.

We have been going to Scenthound a while and love it for our dog Stella. Their dog spa is so clean and well organized. Their services are excellent, very well priced, and always top notch quality service each time we go. Stella is a nervous dog by nature and she enjoys her spa visits to Scenthound. Always a great experience at Scenthound’s, Johns Creek. Front desk is warm and professional, very accommodating. They do a very good job with bathing and grooming. We have always been pleased with the results.

My dog went it for full grooming haircut and bath . I was called back within 30min saying my dog has a cut under her neck and that she came in like this . My dog was overdue for a haircut I told them to cut it very short as the hair was tangled up. I was carrying my dog inside with my hand around her neck area and she had a leash on. I don’t mind that they accidentally nicked my dog, what I mind is they think I’m stupid to not get in trouble for messing up. There is no way my dog had a cut under her neck when she had long hair . It looked like a machine miscut and took a piece off of the dog. Overall unhappy with the situation and the service. Now I have to find another barber and take another day off work as the wound has to heal before I can wash her.
