I’m very selective about who I trust with my dog, and Makayla has earned that trust completely. She is the only person that grooms my dog. She truly loves the dogs that come into her care and she is so kind to all of them. She listens closely, pays attention to every detail, and always gives me exactly what I ask for. Pocky, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel looks amazing every time, and I can rest easy whenever he has his next salon day knowing he is in loving hands.

Always a great service .. but the owners have implemented CRAZY pricing & policies. 5 years of being a regular client and to be told today that because it’s been +/- 8 weeks since her last groom (a 15lb MINATURE labradoodle) the charge will be higher !! 😳 She had no matts and her hair was no longer than normal, as it was cut short last time. But hair length and matts make no difference, we were told “it’s just because it’s been more than 6 weeks since she had her last groom” So, how much were we charged ? > $130 !!!!! THIS IS CRAZY AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We’ll now be taking our dog elsewhere. This is not the groomers fault. Prices have been regularly increasing, and at some point enough is enough. Just WOW! This was my first visit to this Spa for my two Long Haired Dachshunds as my last groomer sold the business and it became subpar. My boys aren't thrilled with grooming but this environment was so professional and welcoming! First - appointment was pretty quick which was great! The groomer Emma W. greeted us when we arrived and developed rapport with my boys. She called during the grooming to check in on what she was seeing to get my input (one had mats) which was great! She brought them out when I picked them up and they were so happy! ! Top notch business and highly recommend! Will ask for Emma next time! So happy to have found the Dog Wash Cafe!

First impressions: nice facility and staff. Staff were very pet friendly. Nice use of visual aids to determine desired length of cut. Result was better than expected. Beautiful cut. Hair super soft. The hair bow and bandanna were a cute touch. A little pricey from what we had been paying but happy with the service, care, and cut.

We have been taking our baby girls there for over 2 yrs 2 Shih Tzu’s and a King Charles Cavalier. They always come back looking beautiful. Our king Charles Cavalier loves going anywhere and is always happy to be there, one of our Shih Tzu’s is a bit shy And always wants to hide and the other Shih Tzu well let’s just say she’s a little nippy. But they are treated well and they are handled great working with their crazy little personals.
