Ruby Veterinary Urgent Care – Johns Creek

My silly 17 lb. fur baby managed to eat two CFA cookies on Halloween anf and my regular vet was booked. They recommended Ruby Veterinary Urgent Care on State Bridge to assess and treat her.. I felt so comfortable with all of the staff. They recognized what my pup’s emotional needs were and also asked me how much I was comfortable with as well. They clearly explained the best treatment options and costs. I was really surprised how reasonable they were. We discussed what to expect over the weekend and even helped with a special low fat food for a few days as we were going out of town where I couldn’t cook for her. I am so pleased and highly recommend! The facility was so clean and beautiful as well! Thanks to all of you!

My dog had a UTI and they were able to see her right away! The entire staff was so sweet and treated my baby very well despite her peeing all over their floors. The pricing was a little high but for all the work they did and medications prescribed, it was reasonable. They even called to follow up on how she was doing and sent all her information to her regular vet. I would definitely recommend them for any emergency services!

Had to bring in my 6 month old Cavapoo Reese late last night as he got a hold of some yarn and was not feeling too well. We were taken into a room right and we got into why we came in. Keri was so supportive through the whole process and never pushed me to make any decisions and allowed me to take all the time I needed on the treatment plan. Dr. Ehrlich came in and was very informative with his diagnosis and assured me that he will be okay after receiving fluids and some anti-nausea medication. I would like to add that the office space was super clean and the rooms were in pristine condition. A very nice and comfortable atmosphere when you and your pet are facing a scary situation. Highly recommend Ruby Veterinary Urgent Care and will definitely be back if needed!

Ruby Veterinary helped save my cat's life! I can't thank them enough. They were so kind and understanding! I was not judged that I couldn't afford emergency surgery that day. Instead, they did what they could to help me keep her going until I could get her surgery done. Highly recommend them!!!! They followed up to make sure my sweet kittie was able to get her surgery which meant so much to me. This was such a stressful time and I was shown nothing but kindness and compassion.
