Dr. Bowes has been wonderful helping us with our aging pets. Great services and recommendations. But recently we were able to take advantage of a service we didn’t know they had…house calls! Our 15 year old lab needed some tests but we were reluctant to load her into the car. “No problem. You live close by. We’ll come to you”. What a wonderful service. Dr Johansson came to our home, along with a tech. They did blood tests, trimmed toenails, and did a thorough exam of our pet. Wonderful services

Dr. Johansen has seen 2 of our cats now and is wonderful! One of our cats has terrible anxiety about being put in a carrier and traveling and we were soooo relieved to find out we could do a house call. It was a great experience and so much less stressful on our fur baby. They called us with some pre screening questions prior to coming. Dr. Johansen and the vet tech were gentle and fast when examining her and giving her antibiotics. A little over a week later, our fur baby’s symptoms are all cleared up! :)

Dr. Bowes and Dr. Johansen were so wonderful delivering news that I was not expecting and helping me manage my emotions and the decision that I had to make. My sweet Sable went in to have a fatty lump removed, but a biopsy revealed cancer. Sable was an older dog, and there were risks involved if they carried out the surgery. We made the decision to send Sable to Rainbow Heaven, as hard as it was. I was impressed that Dr. Johansen checked in with me the next day, and more than that, she assured me that we made the right decision. Haynes Bridge will continue to care for my sweet Sammy. I know they are the best!

We have been going to Haynes Bridge Animal Hospital since we got our bulldog Jake. It was Lafferty Animal Clinic then. Dr. Lafferty, Dr. Bowes, the techs and staff made it possible for Jake to live to be 10 years old. Big Kitty and Lil Kitty crossed over Rainbow Bridge there, everyone was so kind. Now, we have Bentley who will receive the excellent care our other pets did. Haynes Bridge Animal Hospital is outstanding.

I came to this hospital for the first time today. I was getting dissatisfied with the service at my previous hospital so I decided to take my dogs elsewhere. I'm glad I found HBAH. The employees are friendly and Dr. Bowes has great bedside manner. One of my dogs has some bumps and Dr. Bowes explained how they are not cancerous and to not worry. I appreciated how he took his time to explain the different types of bumps we can expect to see in dogs. He also was thorough in his examination of my dog. I appreciate how everyone is so welcoming to my dog and I. I would say the prices are reasonable here. In a couple of months,I will be taking my other dog for her vaccinations and I'm sure she will be well taken care of.
