Sandy Animal Clinic has been great for our little dog. Dr. Edmonds is thoughtful, attentive, and willing to help find practical, affordable solutions when possible. The staff is always friendly and transparent about pricing. We really appreciate the care they provide.

This was our primary vet for years up until recently. We always appreciated how caring and attentive the staff used to be, and even after moving farther away, we continued to make the drive because we trusted them with our dog’s care. However, we had an appointment for our dog’s yearly vaccines but got stuck in traffic. We called ahead as a courtesy to let them know we would be 5–10 minutes late, but the receptionist told us not to bother coming if we couldn’t arrive on time. She said the vet wouldn’t be there much longer and that we’d have to reschedule. We were really disappointed by how dismissive that felt, especially after being loyal clients for years. This is truly the best vet we’ve ever been to. it’s the only one we’ll go to now. first off, the staff and vets are incredible. they TRULY care about each customer and they work around peoples situations so gracefully. our first kitty broke his hip about a year and a half ago, and everywhere was charging us $5000 for FHO surgery. sandy charged us half the price and my baby is walking perfectly fine and he is so happy now. We are deciding if we need a surgery related to his bladder tomorrow and the quote alone from sandy immediately calmed any nerves i had- again, they are charging us SUCH a better price than anywhere else. we have also brought in our other cat for an infected cut and behavioral issues and sandy fixed him right up. Every year, on my cats birthday, they send us a post card.

Had our Dobies ears cropped here a couple years ago and they turned out amazing. Yeah he’s 2 now and looks like a champ.

I will never bring my dog (Alice) here again! The veterinarian (vet) seemed OK (with my one-time experience), but the administrator(s) did not care about me or Alice. They did not care about my experience with them, nor did they care about providing any semblance of service!
